Initially composed solely of musicians, all former students of André Dumortier, the committee has since expanded to include new members.
Its mission is to define the qualitative and quantitative criteria essential for the smooth running and success of an international-level project.
It develops the program and the rules.
The committee is also responsible for assembling an impartial, highly skilled international jury, whose members are recognized figures in the musical world.
It is the Artistic Committee that conducts the pre-selection of candidates based on the video recordings it has received.
