Ruishi ZHENG

Ruishi Zheng was born in Beijing, China in 2000 and currently resides in Hannover, Germany.
She gave her first solo recital at the age of 11, and over the years, she has performed in numerous solo and chamber concerts across the world, on prestigious stages in countries such as China, Germany, Italy, Austria, Spain, France, and the USA. Her performances have been praised for their depth, tonal refinement, technical brilliance and emotional richness.
She has won numerous prestigious awards, including the 1st Prize at the 50th Palmo d’Oro International Piano Competition, Kultur Kontakt Prize at Piano Academy Eppan, 1st Prize and Absolute Prize at the Villafranca International Piano Competition, 1st Prize at the Hong Kong Asia-Pacific Piano Competition and 3rd Prize at the International MozArte Piano Competition in Aachen etc.
Since 2016, she has been studying at the Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien Hannover, and she is currently pursuing an Artist Diploma. She is now studying under the guidance of renowned mentors, Prof. Christopher Oakden and Prof. Andrea Bonatta.
